Program 04 · 20 working days

Multi-location
work practices

One company, many places.

A 20-day program to renew how distributed and hybrid teams collaborate, decide, and stay connected across offices, time zones, and homes.

Designed for leaders, managers, and HR specialists. The program helps you build a professional identity grounded in care for workplace communication and social responsibility as an employer.

Main goal

Give distributed teams one clear way of working — so location stops being a tax on connection, growth, and decision-making.

What it covers

Description

Use AI assistance only for your own organization's work, through company-licensed tools such as M365 Copilot with your employer's licence. Before using an AI assistant, confirm that your company’s licence and data-processing terms allow that tool to handle this information. Do not paste personal, confidential, or location-strategy data into external or consumer AI services.

This program makes distributed and hybrid work feel coherent instead of improvised, for teams spread across offices, countries, homes, and time zones. It maps how collaboration actually happens today — meetings, messages, decisions, travel, and informal visibility — to reveal hidden location advantages.

You will define which work happens live, which happens asynchronously, and which moments require people to be together. Managers learn to lead teams they do not always see, and teams learn to make decisions visible so no one is left reconstructing context after the fact.

The program also reviews digital tools and meeting-room setups so the operating model is supported by the workplace environment. The final output is a hybrid operating model, collaboration standards, manager playbooks, tooling recommendations, and review metrics.
