Program 03 · 20 working days

Interaction
& inclusion

Stronger teams, by design.

A 20-day program to upgrade everyday team interaction — meetings, decisions, feedback — so that every voice is heard and used.

Designed for leaders, managers, and HR specialists. The program helps you build a professional identity grounded in care for workplace communication and social responsibility as an employer.

Main goal

Turn diversity into better decisions by making inclusion the default in how teams meet, decide, and give feedback every day.

What it covers

Description

Use AI assistance only for your own organization's work, through company-licensed tools such as M365 Copilot with your employer's licence. Before using an AI assistant, confirm that your company’s licence and data-processing terms allow that tool to handle this information. Do not paste personal or confidential team feedback into external or consumer AI services.

This program turns inclusion from an abstract value into everyday working practices — meetings, decisions, feedback, and conflict. Teams examine who speaks, who is heard, and whose concerns disappear before decisions are made, treating these patterns as design problems.

Managers learn to facilitate conversations so quieter voices are invited in, and to correct exclusionary patterns before they harden into norms. Decision-making is redesigned so ownership, input, dissent, and authority are clear, while feedback is strengthened to remove bias and vagueness.

Teams build practical charters that define how they meet, disagree, decide, and learn together — usable in rituals, onboarding, and check-ins. The final output is an inclusion baseline, team practices, manager tools, meeting standards, and a rhythm for tracking progress.
