Pay Equity& transparency

This guide shows exactly what you receive, how the program is run day by day, and how your team is guided from the first diagnosis to a documented result. Everything is designed for a small internal team — owners, leaders and the managers involved.
What you get

Materials

  • A 20-day run sheet with a single focused task for each working day.
  • You can proceed at a pace that suits your organization. The plan is designed to be implemented in stages. Some activities may take longer than initially planned or estimated. As every organization is different, timelines and progress may vary depending on individual circumstances.
  • Manager scripts and conversation guides for the sensitive moments.
  • A reporting pack structured for EU disclosure requirements.
  • Prompts for company-licensed AI assistants, written for each task.
  • A governance checklist for keeping the result alive after day 20.
How to use it

Instructions

  1. 01

    Set up the team

Name one program owner, one executive sponsor, and the managers who will take part. Book a 30-minute weekly checkpoint for the four weeks.

  2. 02

    Open the program page

After ordering, sign in with the same email address. The program page opens the run sheet and shows one week and one day at a time so nobody has to plan the sequence.

  3. 03

    Work one task per day

Each task states the owner, the estimated time, the concrete steps, and what counts as done. Most days take 30 to 90 minutes.

  4. 04

    Use AI where it helps

Each task includes a ready prompt for company-licensed AI tools. Confirm your license terms first and never paste personal or confidential employee data into consumer tools.

  5. 05

    Close each week

Review the week's output at the checkpoint, decide what changes, and record the decision. The week is complete when the decision is written down.

  6. 06

    Document and disclose

Week four turns the work into a reporting pack, a communication plan, and a review rhythm you can repeat annually.

Guidance

How you are supported

Structured, not open-ended

The program decides the order of the work. You never start a day wondering what to do next.

Roles on every task

Each step names who owns it — HR, a manager, finance, or the sponsor — so the work does not stall on one person.

Decision points, not just reading

Every week ends in a documented decision, which is what auditors, works councils, and employees ask for later.

Support by email

Write to laura@poemwork.com at any point during the program with questions about the method, the templates, or an interpretation.
