Clear terms,fair collaboration.
Effective 1 October 2026
1. Service provider and scope
The service is provided by L. Laurén Oy (business name Poemwork), Business ID 3535680-8, Eerikinkatu 7 C 12, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. L. Laurén Oy is not registered for VAT. These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, customers, and authorized participants using Poemwork services.
By creating an account, placing an order, or using paid program materials, you confirm that you have authority to act for your organization and accept these terms.
2. Accounts and permitted use
Account details must be accurate and kept secure. Access is personal unless the order expressly includes several participants. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
The service may be used only for lawful internal organizational purposes. Attempts to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, copy the platform, or misuse another person's account are prohibited.
3. Orders, prices, and payment
The price, included content, applicable taxes, and payment terms are shown before purchase. Payment is processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. Access is normally activated after successful payment.
If an invoice or payment is overdue, Poemwork may suspend paid access until the amount is settled. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are determined by the offer, applicable mandatory law, and whether delivery of digital content has begun with the customer's consent. Organizational purchases are generally non-refundable once access or materials have been delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Questions about an order should be sent promptly to laura@poemwork.com with the order details.
5. Intellectual property and materials
Poemwork and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, programs, templates, text, images, and other materials. A purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased materials internally for the participating organization.
Materials may not be resold, publicly distributed, published, used to create a competing product, or provided to third parties without prior written permission. The customer retains ownership of its own information and outputs.
6. Customer responsibilities
The customer decides how program recommendations are implemented and remains responsible for employment, legal, tax, compensation, and organizational decisions. Do not submit sensitive employee, payroll, health, or confidential business data unless Poemwork has expressly agreed to process it.
Poemwork materials provide general organizational guidance and do not constitute individualized legal advice.
7. Availability and changes
Poemwork aims to keep the service available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security work, technical incidents, or events outside reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions.
The service and these terms may be updated when reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting existing paid access will be communicated in advance where practicable.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Poemwork is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or decisions made based on general program content. Poemwork's aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service during the preceding twelve months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Poemwork may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or unpaid fees. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith discussion. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be handled by the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
