the hard moments

From silence to clear, consistent response.

A 20-day program to install the policies, channels, and manager capability needed to detect, address, and prevent harassment and incivility.

Designed for leaders, managers, and HR specialists. The program helps you build a professional identity grounded in care for workplace communication and social responsibility as an employer.

Main goal

Addressing the hard moments
What it covers

Description

Use AI assistance only for your own organization's work, through company-licensed tools such as M365 Copilot with your employer's licence. Before using an AI assistant, confirm that your company’s licence and data-processing terms allow that tool to handle this information. Do not paste personal or sensitive case details into external or consumer AI services.

This program gives organizations a clear, consistent way to respond to harassment, intimidation, exclusion, bullying, and repeated incivility. It begins by listening to what employees trust, avoid, report, or keep silent about — so policies are tested against real life.

Values are translated into concrete behavioral standards that managers and employees can recognize in daily work. Managers learn what to do when a concern is raised, how to document it, and when to escalate, while first-responders are trained to receive concerns without minimizing or overpromising.

Investigation principles are clarified so cases are handled fairly for everyone involved, and the work is trauma-informed and practical. The final output includes refreshed standards, response playbooks, channel design, training materials, and a review cadence.
